Our High School Strength & Conditioning Program is built to help teen athletes improve strength, speed, power, and durability—so they can perform at a higher level in sport and life.

Training focuses on efficient movement, progressive loading, and intelligent conditioning. Athletes work hard and learn how to train in ways that translate directly to performance while reducing injury risk.

Our goal isn’t just short-term results—it’s long-term athletic development and work ethic that carry over to sport, school, and life

Experienced youth and athlete coach with CrossFit Level 2, CrossFit Youth Certification, and USA Weightlifting Level 1.

Athletes receive structured programming, technical coaching, and consistent feedback in a focused small-group environment.

Park City Fit Youth fitness class (Ages 10-14)

M-T-W-Th at 6:30 pm

Price: $189/month Unlimited, $140/month for 2xs /week

Park City Fit's youth fitness class is designed with one goal in mind-movement with a purpose. Whether your child is an athlete looking to get and stay strong in the off season or simply wants to get active, this program helps develop strength, speed, agility, and coordination through expert coaching and guidance.  Delivered in a supportive, high energy environment, our program helps build confidence, body awareness and a solid foundation for a lifetime of fitness.

Teen semi private 2-4 athletes (ages 12+)

Scheduling based on trainer availability.   60 min / minimum of 4 sessions.

Perfect for athletes looking to earn the upper edge.  Our expert coaches provide a customized program that progresses with every workout—designed to meet each athlete’s goals.  With sport-specific training tailored to enhance performance, these sessions create the perfect environment for friends and teammates to train together, stay motivated, and push each other. It’s focused, effective, and fun—building stronger, faster, and more resilient athletes every session.

Team training (minimum of 8)

Our team strength training sessions are designed to do more than just build physical strength. In a challenging and supportive environment, athletes learn to push through demands together, communicate effectively, and rely on one another. These sessions help teams develop confidence, camaraderie, and trust—qualities that translate directly to a sports team. By working side by side in the gym, athletes not only improve their athletic performance but also strengthen the bonds that make them more cohesive, resilient, and successful as a team.

Sessions are 75 minutes in duration.

  • Saturday or Sunday session 

-Each session includes a sport-focused warm-up, strength training, team building and fun.

-Strength and conditioning sessions are tailored to each age group, with movements and exercises modified to match every athlete's training level and stage of development. 

Minimum of 10 athletes 

Ages 10+

$20 per athlete

Focus: team building, strength, and athletic fundamentals
