Fitness Classes for Out of Town Visitors in Park City, Utah
Figure out what option works best for you: We offer both single class drop ins, or a week pass if you will be in town for 7 days to help you save a bit of cash.
Regardless of dropping into a class or not, if you would like to use our facility outside of class times you're welcome to. We have an app that can be downloaded to your phone so you can access the door anytime we have our Open Gym Hours (outside of class time). Prerequisites
Have 3 months experience or more in a strength and conditioning facility that uses free weights (barbells, dumbbells, etc.) are comfortable with Olympic Lifting and variations of the snatch and clean and jerk, and does a variety of conditioning and bodyweight movements.
